At Exotics Paradise Ranch, the health, safety, and welfare of every animal in our care comes first. We provide carefully coordinated transportation services for eligible birds and other exotic pets to approved destinations throughout the United States and Canada.
Every delivery is planned according to the animal's species, age, health requirements, destination, and applicable transportation regulations.
Our Transportation Process
1. Confirm Your Destination
After your adoption or purchase has been approved, we confirm your delivery address and determine the transportation requirements for your location.
2. Health & Documentation Review
Before transportation, we review the required health records, identification documents, ownership paperwork, and any applicable veterinary certificates or permits.
Requirements vary depending on the animal and destination. Some species and jurisdictions may require additional permits or documentation.
3. Transportation Arrangements
We coordinate an appropriate transportation method based on the animal's needs and the destination. Our goal is to minimize travel stress and provide appropriate environmental conditions throughout the journey.
4. Delivery Coordination
Once transportation has been arranged, you receive the available delivery information, including the expected transportation schedule and instructions for receiving your pet.
5. Safe Handover
At delivery, the animal is transferred to the approved recipient after the required identification and ownership information has been confirmed.
United States Delivery
We coordinate eligible deliveries to destinations throughout the United States.
Because exotic-animal laws vary between states, counties, and municipalities, transportation is subject to applicable local and state requirements. Certain species may require permits, veterinary documentation, registration, or other authorization before transportation can take place.
We verify the applicable requirements before finalizing transportation arrangements.
Canada Delivery
International transportation to Canada is subject to additional requirements. Depending on the species and destination, this may include import permits, veterinary documentation, health certificates, border requirements, and other federal or provincial regulations.
Canadian deliveries are therefore arranged on a case-by-case basis after the applicable requirements have been confirmed.
Animal Welfare Comes First
We do not treat live-animal transportation like ordinary parcel delivery.
